I married my high school sweetheart, Jim Teply in March of '63 and became an Air Force wife. When our tour of duty ended, we decided to return to Miami and he opened an L.P. Gas contracting company. Jim installed underground systems and I kept the books and looked after our daughter.

1976 was a very hard year as I lost my twin brother Bill to leukemia in July and Jim was killed in an automobile accident in December on Christmas Eve.

I have been remarried for twenty-five years to Ed and together we have three grown children with five grandchildren that we get to love and spoil.

My husband is a well recognized and talented artist in the living art of "Bonsai". He does programs and demonstrations to promote the hobby all over the world. We have made many friends and enjoyed many interesting travels connected to his passion for bonsai.

I opened my own accounting business in the early 90's and as of January of 2004, retired.

Life is good. I remember "Gables" with very warm thoughts of people and times I shall never forget.
