I practice criminal defense law (solo), and have for more than 24 years, primarily in federal court. I have 3 grown children: Tracey, who is in New York; Stephanie, who is in Atlanta; and Clyde III, an assistant public defender in St. Augustine, Florida.
I opened a bar ("Clyde's and Costello's") in Tallahassee, in 1977, and sold it 7-8 years later. It's still the major "watering hole" for politicos in Tallahassee.
