Here is a short bio of myself: I am retired. In the past I owned 7 major Restaurants in the Miami area. Spurs Country and Western Restaurant and Lounge, MaMa Castelli's Italian Restaurant and Deli (two locations in the Miami area), Seafood Express was a family style restaurant, Club Pink Pussy Cat is an upgraded Vegas type lounge, Club Mermaid was one of North Miami's Hot Spots, Fresh Pizza USA was dedicated to fundraising for Non-Profit Organizations and Pied Piper's Restaurant and Lounge was Just a "good Ole" place to drink and eat in South Beach. I retired after selling my Restaurants and moved to Port Orange with my family, soon after that I got Lung Cancer, but "thank God" I beat it. In Port Orange my wife Mary and I started Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading and it became one of the very best organizations in Pop Warner; we also own a Catering business "DKP" that are specialists in New England Clambakes.
We now are very busy helping others. I am Executive Director of "Off the Streets, Inc." a non profit company to keep single mothers and their children off the streets and food on the table. I'm chairman of "feeding the homeless" at Epiphany Church. I have been Grand Knight 4 times, District Deputy and Trustee of the Knights of Columbus. I am 2nd Vice Pres. of the Port Orange Lions Club. I am President of The Home and School Association at The Basilica School of St. Paul.
Mary is an ESE School Teacher at Spruce Creek High School. We have 5 Children and 3 Grand Children.
