Owned & operated IHOP in West Palm Beach-5 yrs, designed & built Courtyard Inn, WPB for 5 yrs. Now in insurance & construction of office bldgs. Hope to never retire. Very happily married to Mary, (Springfld, MO) for 34 yrs. My mother very active-age 97. At present address 28 yrs. Two daughters both grad Trinity Univ, Tx. Older MBA U of F. Missed some of my old Gables female friends at 40th reunion- but it was great fun. Look forward to 50th!
