I attended the University of Florida (GO GATORS!) graduating in 1966 with a Bachelor of Design in Art Education. I married Bill Sullivan in 1967. We moved to Starke, FL and while he finished his law degree, I taugh art and English at Bradford County High School . He entered the US Army in 1969 and we were stationed at Ft Riley KS where our first daughter was born and Okinawa, Japan where our second was born. We returned to the US in 1974. We bought our home in Lighthouse Point and have lived there ever since. Bill is a partner in the Law firm of Portley and Sullivan. They were fraternity brothers and roommates in college. Peter contacted Bill as he was leaving the service and they set up their practice in Pompano Beach in 1974 where Bill's practice is estate planning and administration. They have practiced together for over 40 years. They moved their offices to Lighthouse Point in 1995. Both our daughters are married and both have 3 children. One lives in Dallas, TX with her husband who works for Deloitte and Touche and the other lives in Denver CO. where she is married to an Air Force officer currently serving in Afghanistan. I travelled with my mother and sisters (Dr. Janis Findeisen Brown Glickman and Debra Findeisen Hoskins) each summer for many years and now Bill and I travel whenever we can. We have recently visited Antarctica, Viet Nam and Cambodia as well as China, Germany and much of Canada. I write a travel column for a local magazine, belong to Soroptimist International of Pompano Beach, sing in the church choir serve as Vice President of Woodhouse (a group home for severely mentally and physically handicapped adults) and work in the office as receptionist, librarian, and general gofer.
