Then & thereafter, have been dividing my time living in 3 States with, until recently 2 Homes in South Fla.:Gables & the lower Keys(Key Colony Bch-So.Marathon)investing in Fee Simple Real Property interests in Miami the Keys, Las Vegas,Nevada and Sedona & Cottonwood,Arizona.

As of late have been participating in Home-Equity Recovery A/K/A"Short Sales"in the Clark(Vegas)& Dade County Markets. Also in Vegas, am a major stockholder in the only publically traded 'Handicapping'Companyin the US : The"Winning Edge"(Nasdaq)

Spend most of my down-time living @ my Home in Sedona , AZ commuting back & forth , across the Desert to Vegas . I still get to Miami on a regular basis though , to keep up with my dear old DAD who just turned 96 years young & is still going strong ! Oh, and along the way I managed to have two GREAT KIDS…both now of High School age - different moms (got a late start don’t you know)…
